Weymouthport Condos
Weymouth, MA
This project involved the removal of thousands of linear
feet of existing caulking material from the precast panel
exterior walls and window perimeters on three high-rise
condominium buildings. RPM then installed new sealants in
those spaces. In addition, RPM re-sealed 100 balcony sliders
and applied waterproof deck coatings. To minimize tenant
disruption and eliminate all water infiltration problems
in the exterior façade, RPM kept this project fully
staffed to complete the work in one season.
